The Blu Sila Story

For three generations, we have been dealing with the processing and transformation of the meats that our territory offers us, transforming them into quality cured meats! Prepared daily by us following the traditional recipes of our region. Over the years, some of the Calabrian cured meats have obtained the D.O.P mark, such as Capocollo, a pork salami that for our most loyal customers, has obtained the primacy over all the others.
